“Golden Century” Building

The GOLDEN CENTURY building is an ambitious project of the Investor, situated in the ideal parts of Lozenets opposite the “Marinela” Hotel. With its 34 above-ground floors and 3 underground levels, this is the tallest building in Sofia. HIDROINJEKT LTD. performed the strengthening of the excavation according to the project, as diaphragm walls, foundation piles with diameter F 1200 mm with a depth of 25 meters, as well as a Berlin wall with H = 14 meters with three rows of IBO type anchors were performed.
