The administrative building of BDB is located in the center of Sofia at 1 Deacon Ignatius Street on the site of a building built by arch. Kolar in 1881. Due to the fact that it is an architectural cultural monument of local importance, the project envisages preservation of the original facade (temporary strengthening) with demolition of the building structure behind it and construction of a new building body with one underground level, three levels corresponding to the original floors and superstructure. with three levels.

The strengthening of the underground level is performed by the company “Hidroinjekt” LTD and consists of construction of slotted walls with a thickness of 0.50 m and approximately 1600 m², a connecting beam to them 1.20 / 0.50 m and IBO anchors R32.
