“Garitage Park” Multifunctional Complex – Stage 1

The multifunctional complex “GARITAGE PARK” is planned to be located on an area of ​​90,000 m², and over 95,000 m² of offices, 60,000 m2 of housing, 4,500 underground parking spaces, a sports hall with a 25-meter pool, a primary school, a park and greenery will be built in stages areas. During the implementation of stage 1 of the construction of the complex, the strengthening of the excavation was entrusted to HIDROINJEKT LTD. More than 2,500 m² of 0.60 m thick diaphragm walls were made, with joints with waterstop tape to ensure better watertightness of the sting. Stunt piles and shotcrete were also performed.
